We welcome Sanjana Pachipulusu as part of our experience design team this summer.

Sanjana is a graduate student pursuing her master's in Human-Computer Interaction from Indiana University Purdue University, Indianapolis (IUPUI). She started her design journey in 2018 at Nirma University as an undergrad in Industrial Design.

Throughout her design journey, she has worked in multiple organizations starting with The Turtle Story as a graphic design intern (2020), and as a product design intern with PixaCrafts (2021). In her senior year, she interned as UI/UX design intern at EggHead Experts.

She has a deep desire to make designs that can be more inclusive and accessible to all members of society and makes a conscious effort toward user-centered design and wants to discover the realms of it.

At IUPUI, she assisted Prof. Mathew Powers to develop the game design development curriculum to meet the learning objectives of 60+ students. She serves on the Executive Board of several student organizations on campus including DesiJags: The Indian Student Association, Women in Tech (WiT), Underrepresented Prof & Grad Student Organization (UPnGO), and Informatics and Computer Student Council (ICSC).

In her free time, she likes to illustrate things that are around her, play card games, or watch K-dramas. Her idea of fun is collaborating with her best friends to participate in design hackathons.

She aims to bridge the gap between industrial design and user-centered design, to foster inclusivity, accessibility, and user satisfaction in her future design endeavors.
