To build a community that fosters human-centered design, the Usability and Experience Design team offers at no cost high level user experience reporting to help members of the community improve the usability of their websites and applications, and to provide insight for improving their digital experiences.

Our team may send you the client intake form that will require the following project details:

The UX team will provide a timeline for report delivery and hand off via email. Clients are aware and understand that the implementation of these recommendations is their responsibility.
